Picnik
I just found such a cool website! It's called picnik.com and it's a free photo editor. Anyway, I started messing around with it and it was super easy to use! It's what I used to make my new blog header. Anyway, just thought I'd share in case someone was looking for an easy photo editor. You can do a lot with it too, I was amazed. So go check it out! :)

I like Picnik because it is on the web, so you can use it even when the computer you are on doesn't have a photo editor.
