A few weeks ago my mom taught me how to can (i love having her home!). It was so much fun. Together we canned apricot jam. It turned out awesome. I really wanted to can more jam on my own, but I got a little nervous. It is quite the process! So instead I made freezer jam, which is MUCH easier! I made raspberry b/c it is my favorite :). I can't wait to try it!

I made jam!

YUM-EEE!! THat is so awesome. I really want to make freezer jam, I think it tastes better too... a little more fresh! Way to go Michele!!
